I can’t truly trust the Raiders to cover as favourites because of how conservative they get when they go into a lead. Instead of feeding Davante Adams, they generally run predictable rushing plays or weird trick end-arounds.
It doesn’t fool anyone and everyone expects it. For a team with a functional quarterback, the league’s best receiver not named Justin and a running back who looks like a man possessed, the amount of times they struggle to extend leads is baffling.
It’s for this reason and this reason alone that I refuse to take them to win by a touchdown.
Oh, and Sean McVay finding ways to score points regardless of who’s at QB.

And speaking of who’s at QB, that’s been the big question leading into the game. What exactly do we know about the situation? Well, we know that Baker doesn’t know the offense but we also know that John Woolford is hurt.
So, what we need here are easy completions. The only player on the entire Rams roster with Kupp out that offers that catch-behind-the-line-of-scrimmage-type flexibility is Van Jefferson, so expect a healthy dose of him catching the ball and running forth.

The emergence of Hollins has been a pleasant surprise for Vegas, and a lot of it does have to do with the sheer amount of attention that Davante Adams draws.
Given that Jalen Ramsey will take on Adams for almost all of this game, expect Carr to look to Hollins on crossers and quick routes in order to get the ball out quickly.
Josh Jacobs to Score Anytime
The logic here is simple. You typically do not run the ball against the Rams because Aaron Donald is a human wrecking ball and can take on two offensive linemen.
That scheme does not change, but Donald being out means you’re probably going to have a mismatch in the red zone.
