Sunday 18:00 – Atlanta Falcons @ Dallas Cowboys
Double: Points Total Over 54.5 & Dalton Schultz Anytime TD Scorer

Firstly, let’s just park that Cowboys result to the Broncos last week, it was a strange week across the league. Dak had only come back from a calf injury and didn’t seem right, even though he threw two garbage time touchdowns. This game just screams as an over bet, last year when the teams played, Atlanta blew a 15-point lead late to lose 40-39. Dallas have given up over 120 points in their last five games, with three of those offences ranked in the bottom eight.

The Falcons haven’t got much of a run defence, so Pollard or Elliott will make hay here and the Cowboys wide-receivers are all capable of making explosive plays down field. As for Atlanta they haven’t got much a run game with running-back Cordarrelle Patterson trying to play so many positions. The Falcons could abandon the run early, and I’m hoping we get to see Matt Ryan have a good duel with Dak Prescott.

Dalton Schultz is a big part of this Cowboys offense, he’s third in yards and touchdowns with only Cooper and Lamb ahead of him. It’s been several weeks since Schultz scored, but his production has stayed high, and if the Cowboys can put up points this weekend the value in the anytime TD scorer could be with Schultz.

Sunday 18:00 – Cleveland Browns @ New England Patriots
Double: Cleveland Browns To Win & D’Ernest Johnson Anytime TD Scorer

I’m not sure why the Browns are odds against for this. Yes, it’s in Foxboro and Mac Jones has looked impressive in the last few weeks trying to fill Tom Brady’s massive shoes. However, the Browns have such a better roster across the board. They were underdogs last week as well when they trashed the Bengals, without the services of OBJ.

Beckham has now left, and it could be a blessing in disguise as it could open up the offense for Baker Mayfield as he won’t have to force-feed Beckham the ball. New England could be without their two running-backs as Damien Harris and Rhamondre Stevenson have suffered head injuries, but it was unlikely that they would get much joy against an extremely good Cleveland run defense.

The Browns have their own problems in the running back room with COVID striking several players, but they should still be too good for the Pats and I will be taking them on the money line. We’ve mentioned the problems the Browns have at RB, that leaves D’Ernest Johnson in line for another start. Johnson was spectacular in Week 7 against Denver and will be facing a Patriots team that opponents are running heavily against. Back Johnson to score again in this one.

Sunday 18:00 – New Orleans Saints @ Tennessee Titans
Double: Titans (-2.5) & Ryan Tannehill Anytime TD Scorer

The Titans got a shock win last week without their superstar Derrick Henry against the Rams. And they can cover here against a Saints team that suffered a deflating loss to the Falcons. The Titans have now beaten the Bills, Chiefs and Rams recently, and will be looking at their WRs AJ Brown and Julio Jones to pick up the slack from Henry’s departure.

I don’t usually back quarterbacks in the anytime TD scorer markets. But, Ryan Tannehill has scored in three of his last four games. With the opposition now out to stop the Titans’ WRs, gaps have opened for Tannehill and I will be hoping we will see his signature ‘finger-roll’ celebration in the endzone again on Sunday.
