Chicago Bears to beat New Orleans Saints – 31/10

The Bears are on a two-game win streak behind Mitch Trubisky’s 12 combined completions – which is a pretty amazing feat in a pass happy NFL, where some teams have 12 completions in one quarter of football.

The Saints are in the bottom 10 of the league in run defence efficiency and we know how much John Fox likes to run Jordan Howard into the ground behind heavy personnel sets.

If they control time of possession, don’t ask Trubisky to do much and win the turnover battle – we can see the Bears pulling off an upset behind a rejuvenated and aggressive defence.

Los Angeles Chargers to win at New England Patriots – 31/10

Fresh off embarrassing the Falcons in Foxborough last weekend, Brady and Belichick will have their work cut out for them as a streaky Chargers unit will be looking to make it four wins on the bounce.

Dont’a Hightower at linebacker is gone for the season for New England and that loss can’t be overlooked. It won’t be long before teams find out that David Harris can’t replace him for 50 snaps a game.

Rivers completion percentage for the season is sitting at a healthy 60% and their defence haven’t surrendered 28 points or more in any game this year. I expect them to establish the run early and find Hunter Henry every drive.

LA have a knack of always being within one score come the fourth quarter, but we see them being on the right side of it this weekend.
