Paddy Power sent a bus to pick up Conor McGregor at arrivals in Dublin Airport today after – shall we say – a notorious short break Stateside.
We even bubble wrapped our driver, just in case!
Much to his relief, but to the dismay of the crowds that gathered and our disappointment, the MMA fighter was a no-show.
On the back of this, we’re offering 25/1 he does the same for his New York court date on June 14th.
McGregor is also an odds-on shot NOT to fight in the UFC in 2018.
We were forced to flip his price from 4/1 into 1/5 after we were pummelled by a flood of bets over the weekend.
We’ve opened a range of markets on foot of McGregor’s antics last Thursday, but the most popular by far with UFC fans was this one in the hours following his now infamous court appearance in Brooklyn, NYC last Friday.
“Punters jumped right into the betting ring as soon as the NYPD confirmed that they would be bringing charges against McGregor.
“We got cagey over the weekend when we saw so many bets being placed. If all of those customers turn out to be right, it will be a serious body blow for us,” spokesman Paddy Power said.
