Ascot racecard: Runners and riders for Saturday’s races at Royal Ascot 2022

We're back for the final day of racing at Royal Ascot!

The second of the £1m races at Royal Ascot 2022 is the feature on the final day of this year’s meeting.

Emerging Australian speedball Home Affairs, who has already earned won two Group 1s Down Under, heads the betting for the Platinum Jubilee Stakes as trainer Chris Waller targets a second success of the week. British Champions Sprint winner Creative Force spearheads the home challenge while last year’s Commonwealth Cup scorer Campanelle represents the USA for Wesley Ward.

Hurricane Lane, the winner of last year’s Irish Derby and St Leger, makes his seasonal reappearance in the Hardwicke Stakes, while the Jersey Stakes is the only other pattern contest on the card.

Royal Ascot 2022 concludes with the Queen Alexandra Stakes as the stayers look to score. Trueshan is declared but the ground conditions are likely to be unfavourable while Aidan O’Brien’s big hope is Wordsworth.
