Another good placed effort when third in 7f Newcastle novice 7 weeks ago, likely to have finished a length or so closer but for being squeezed out by the first 2 late on. Makes handicap debut after a break and 1m should suit.

Dual winner over 6f/7f last year. Little impact in handicaps this year nearly 3 months apart but her mark has fallen again. First go at 1m.

Free-goer but improved to open account in 1m Bath handicap last month, keeping on well from two subsequent winners. Up 4 lb in deeper contest but could kick on now he's got his head in front.

Upped his game when making a successful return/handicap bow in 4-runner contest at Yarmouth (1m) in May but well beaten upped 2f in trip at Sandown next time, again racing freely. Hood goes on.

Off the mark in 1m Thirsk novice on return and better effort in handicaps since at Newcastle last time. Might need a bit more respite from the handicapper.

Fair maiden, allowed his head in front when running well in third in 1m Newmarket handicap in June. Shaped as if amiss at Doncaster next time, though.
