The Cheltenham Festival 2023 is now less than two weeks away and we’ve got top pundit Rory Delargy on board with us every week to hopefully get you more value in the market.
The Kim Muir Challenge Cup is the final race on Day 3 of this year’s Cheltenham Festival, and Rory has been looking at the markets to hopefully find you a winner.
The amateur-jockey race looks wide open, with Stumptown and Mr Incredible at the top of the market but where is the value? Rory is on hand to help out.
There’s a few potential runners I like the look of in the Kim Muir Challenge Cup.
The first is Angels Dawn, who I was keen on in the Grand National Trial at Punchestown last time out but she unseated at the third last when going very well. She looked like she was going to win. She’s a better chaser than a hurdler and her jumping is solid, even though she unseated that day.
The other that appeals is Iron Bridge for Jonjo O’Neill. He stays very well and he’s great over three miles. He finished second last time out over 2m4f at Warwick and he’ll improve for the step up in trip. The Kim Muir is the obvious race for him but he could also go in the Ultima and I’d back him in that too.
*Paddy’s gone Non Runner Money Back on all races at the 2023 Cheltenham Festival. That means if you back any horse in any race antepost and they don’t show up where you want them to for whatever reason you’ll get a full refund on your wager
