While the days of lounging on the sofa all day due to coronavirus restrictions may be a thing of the past, you’ll probably be spending the next week plonked on it watching the telly box if you don’t have a ticket for the 2022 Cheltenham Festival.
- CHELTENHAM FESTIVAL RESULTS: FAST RESULTS IN A FLASH FOR THE 2022 MEETING
Okay, it’s not quite the same as being there but you’re in luck as Paddy’s pals at ITV Racing have you covered with live coverage of the four-day fiesta. Put the kettle on, grab some biccies out of the tin and get ready to spend some quality time with Ed Chamberlin and the rest of the gang!
WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!
You can catch five of each day’s seven races on ITV in the United Kingdom, while viewers in Ireland will be able to tune in on Virgin Media One. Paddy’s been sponsoring ITV Racing’s excellent live coverage since the start of 2021 so he knows a good thing when he’s on to one.
ITV Racing set the tone for each day with ‘The Opening Show’ on ITV4 at 9am before ITV kick off the live coverage on all four days at 12:50pm, with Virgin Media One’s broadcast beginning at 1pm. Chamberlin and co call it a day at 4:30pm so you’ll have to switch your telly box over to Racing TV for the final two races on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Details of the races you can watch on your telly box are below.
