Each and every day we bring you a Lucky 15 using our NAPs table – but as it’s Cheltenham we’re mixing things up a little bit. This week we’ll deliver a Lucky 15 for the Cheltenham Festival 2022 on each day using the best of our prize pundit’s picks from the legendary Cheat Sheet.
To kick us off on Tuesday for day one of the Festival it’s Ruby Walsh, Mick Fitzgerald, Matt Chapman and Gina Bryce’s bets in the spotlight. A lucky 15 is four horses and 15 bets and we’ve looked for some punts to deliver some winning value. Let’s get stuck in.
L’HOMME PRESSE shapes as if this three mile trip is well within his compass. An impressive performance in the Dipper Chase here on New Year’s Day boosted his profile and gives him the edge over his rivals.
I have been sweet on SAINT FELICIEN since I watched him win at Gowran Park back in November. That was a taking performance. Davy Russell rides Grand Roi and he could be one for the places.
This won’t take long as I have long banged on SHISHKIN to come out on top from the days he was odds against. Nothing this season has changed my mind, and the delay to the campaign is probably to his advantage.
FACILE VEGA has been super impressive in his two wins and Patrick Mullins has chosen him over the stable’s six other entries. American Mike looks the biggest danger.
