Each and every day of the racing year, we bring you a bumper NAPS Table to give you the inside scoop on all the plays you’ll need that day.

Don’t know what an NAPs Table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.

So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets) today. The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the Table. Let’s get to the picks…

14:57 Warwick – Honey Jack (The Racing Post)

Lizzie Rey has no penalty for her recent win at Southwell and the first-time cheekpieces were a valid reason behind that improvement.

She’s clearly a danger, but HONEY JACK is now tongue-tied after making a noise last time at Taunton and he was a clear-cut winner there the time before. Luna Run is preferred of the others.

15:42 Clonmel – Doonbeg Don (Spotlight)

An obvious starting point here is Maciver, who has established a fine sequence.

However, he could be vulnerable off this mark and preference is for the relatively inexperienced DOONBEG DON.

Place possibilities include Baldur’s Gate, who has cheekpieces on for the first time, and the consistent pair Bite That and Emily In Paris.

16:25 Wolverhampton – Savalas (The Racing Post)

If Mashaan reproduces the form he showed when coming home clear at Lingfield on Monday, he’ll be hard to beat.

However, he’s still seeking a first win at 6f and is likely to face competition up front.

Lion’s Dream can go well once again, but this could set up for a closer and Balmy Breese and SAVALAS fall into that category.

With the Wintle yard amongst the winners, perhaps a revival from his veteran could be forthcoming.

18:45 Wolverhampton – Dashing Harry (Ipswich Star)

A trappy event in which all eight runners have something to recommend them. The return to 5f should be in DASHING HARRY‘s favour and he’s tentatively preferred to Reigning Profit and the interesting Invincible Speed.
