14:00 All Well And Good
ALL WELL AND GOOD showed ability in bumpers last season, winning at Worcester in between finishing runner-up a couple of times, and he is taken to make a winning start over hurdles.
Olly Murphy is having an excellent campaign, he has already registered a career-best total for the season and All Well And Good is taken to add to the tally. He gets the vote over Jasmin Bellevue, who has proved headstrong on both starts under Rules but was runner-up in an Irish point and is in excellent hands with Nicky Henderson so remains with potential.
14:30 Tamar Bridge
TAMAR BRIDGE was disappointing when last seen at Lingfield in December, finishing last of five finishers, but he has been found an excellent opportunity to bounce back. Tamar Bridge has a patchy record and had been off the track for nearly two years when he was runner-up at Uttoxeter in October, but he showed there that he has retained his ability.
If running to a similar level, he should prove difficult to beat in selling company. Honneur d’Ajonc, who was runner-up in a Catterick claimer a few weeks ago, can give the selection the most to do.
15:00 Harel Du Marais
HAREL DU MARAIS has thrived since joining Charles and Adam Pogson, winning handicaps at Southwell on his first two starts for the yard. Harel du Marais has seen his last couple of races out well, and a 7lb rise in the weights for a four-and-three-quarter-length victory last time should not be enough to stop him completing the hat-trick.
He gets the vote over Special Dragon. She had yet to be asked for her full effort when falling three out at Newcastle last time, and she remains with some potential after only a couple of starts over fences.

15:32 Jacovec Cavern
JACOVEC CAVERN was in the process of showing improved form and had the race at his mercy until crashing out at the final flight at Cork last week. Jacovec Cavern travelled well, jumped on three out and was around six lengths clear when falling. He’s running off a 6lb higher mark here but has an obvious chance to make amends in a less competitive race.
Crazierthandaisy has made an encouraging start to her career and remains with potential after only five starts, so she’s the obvious danger on her handicap debut.
16:07 Heroique de Maulde
HEROIQUE DE MAULDE didn’t show much on his first three starts for this yard following his return from a long absence, but back on better ground, he produced a much more encouraging effort when runner-up at Newcastle earlier this month.
He was unable to reward the strong support that saw him sent off favourite, but he found only an in-form subsequent winner too strong. He’s edged up 1lb since that effort but is still 12lb below his last winning mark so remains well-treated.
16:45 Glory Hights
GLORY HIGHTS got off the mark at Carlisle in November, and he has largely remained in form since.
He has finished runner-up on two of his four subsequent starts, including at Ayr earlier this month when heading close to home only to lose by a head. His consistency is an asset at this level, and he looks set to give another good account after edging up only 2lb for his narrow miss at Ayr.
17:20 Queen of Steel
QUEEN OF STEEL made no impact on her first start for Fergal O’Brien, she was previously with Mark Usher, but with cheekpieces fitted for the first time, she took a big step forward to score at Ffos Las last week. She’s went on, approaching the second last and registered a comfortable four-and-a-half-length success, so she is well-treated and able to run off the same mark here, she escapes a penalty as it was in a race for conditional jockeys.
Hawkseye View has not impressed with his jumping over fences, so he is interesting back over hurdles and could provide the main threat.
17:50 Wandering Ego
WANDERING EGO has made an encouraging start under Rules as he was third on his bumper debut at Newbury and then shaped better when runner-up at Huntingdon last month.
He was edged out only close home by a promising rival on that occasion, and he could still have a bit more to offer. Mondoui’boy is also entitled to plenty of respect having finished runner-up on his bumper debut at Sandown (the third has since won).
