14:27 Aviation
Lucy Wadham’s AVIATION didn’t run much of a race in the EBF Final at Sandown on his most recent outing, but he won at Fakenham prior to that and there’s nothing much wrong with his earlier form, so he’s expected to bounce back with a bang, not least with the return to a left-handed track sure to suit.
Ebony Warrior has been off since the autumn but is the obvious threat, having been placed in all four outings since getting off the mark at Worcester last summer.
14:57 Lizzie Rey
LIZZIE REY escapes a penalty for last week’s Southwell success, and Richard Phillips’ mare will take a bit of stopping if the cheekpieces continue to have a positive effect.
Seasmoke got back on the up when third at Stratford last time and could be a threat if her stamina holds over this significantly longer trip. Honey Jack is another likely to have a say if the addition of a tongue tie helps him to recapture the form he showed when successful at Taunton in November.
15:27 Yes And Yes
YES AND YES showed much-improved form away from testing ground when readily opening his account for Belinda Clarke in a handicap chase at Chepstow earlier this month (value for double the winning margin).
He holds sound follow-up claims on that evidence under a penalty. Zmiinyi, on his return from a break after disappointing last time, and Glimpse of Glory, provided the headgear has the desired effect second time, are others to consider.

15:57 Whats One More
A case can be made for each of the quintet, the strongest for Emma Lavelle’s smooth-traveling WHATS ONE MORE, who could prove well handicapped if she can settle better back at two miles in a race that may well be run to suit.
The chief danger is the unexposed Holeshot who won at Taunton in the style of an improving hurdler last month, and he might be able to cope with this step up in grade and sharper test, while Chief Sunday has to be respected with the form of his last run working out particularly well.
16:32 Snipe
The addition of headgear may well benefit SNIPE, who has been running well in better company for Dan Skelton this term and remains fairly treated.
He was placed in his first three starts this season, including the Great Yorkshire at Doncaster, and shaped as if still in good form when staying on in another good race at Ascot last time. He gets the nod, with recent Kempton winner The Doyen Chief looks the obvious danger under top weight.
17:05 Dutch Corner
Dan Skelton has sent out 24 bumper winners this season, so DUTCH CORNER, a half-brother to Cheltenham Festival winner Yorkhill, gets the tentative vote in this newcomers bumper, with confidence increased should the betting vibes be strong.
Hey Buddy, the mount of Jonathan Burke from the Fergal O’Brien pair, and Tom Weston’s North Nestor are other likely types on paper before any market clues are known.
