Lara Kaleo was the first pick but is a late non-runner, so focus switches to the experienced Versace Twentyone and Bellas Bridge who both look capable of further involvement here. RP Ratings gives VERSACE TWENTYONE the nod under jockey Sean Houlihan.

If there is any improvement in Dirty Den for the switch to chasing, then he has solid claims on his debut in this sphere, while Night Jet could also get involved if he acts on the forecast sound surface. Much depends on whether ISKAR D’AIRY can get close to replicating his Huntingdon winning effort under a penalty but if he can get close to it, he looks well placed to successfully follow up.

A moderate contest where the topweight RENOIR (NAP) can provide the answer, after a respectable handicap hurdle debut last time. Time Interval could pose the main threat and despite looking to have a stiff enough task at these weights, the unexposed Lenjoleur De Palma is third choice.

Everyonesacritic arrives on a hat-trick and holds strong claims but this could go to ANOTHER MYSTERY, who returned from an absence with a respectable run at Doncaster this month and can build on that. Pep Talking is another possible contender now back down in trip.
17:17 Jimbo Sport
Two-time point runner-up JIMBO SPORT makes his bumper debut with new trainer Ben Pauling firmly among the winners and earns the vote ahead of the Nicky Henderson-trained Soldier Saint, who is open to improvement on his second start. The attractively bred Gower Spirit has her sights lowered and could also be involved.
