14:20 Teofimo
Preference is for the 4yo TEOFIMO, who sets the standard on his promising effort in a big field at Naas in January and should have more to offer for his new yard. Lucinda Russell’s Spit Spot is feared most on her return to action, although Gemini Man was an encouraging second in a maiden here last month and could get involved if he can build on that.
14:50 Quian
Top of the list is QUIAN, who has been resurgent after wind surgery and made it 2-3 for his new yard when staying on strongly to complete a Catterick double three weeks ago.
Last month’s C&D winner Beat The Retreat is feared most, although Summergrounds ended last year with a good second at Ayr and has claims if he can pick up where he left off. Another to keep an eye on is the unexposed Reflection Of You, who looks a possible improver on this drop back in trip.
15:20 Belfrina
Johnny Ringo has been placed in a Listed race here since his course win in January and ought to be on the premises again but preference is for BELFRINA, who was one of two to pull well clear of the others when scoring at Listed level on her latest outing and has plenty of scope for further improvement.
Spartan Warrior was below form on soft ground here on New Year’s Day but can fare better on today’s quicker surface and is next on the list.

15:50 Rockola Vogue (NAP)
A lopsided series final in which very useful topweight All The Glory pushes most of her rivals out of the handicap.
She moves back up in trip after a creditable third here in last month’s Scottish County Hurdle and is not opposed lightly but there is more to come from ROCKOLA VOGUE (NAP), and she gets the nod. David Killahena and Graeme McPherson’s mare was a long way off the pace after some slow jumping in the early stages of her recent handicap debut and, in the circumstances, did very well to finish second. Thriving veteran Lady Babs is next on the list.
16:25 Prince Of Perth
More progress is highly likely from PRINCE OF PERTH who asserted in taking style when stepped up in trip over C&D last time.
That was his first race with a tongue-tie and after wind surgery, and he’s had just seven races overall. Last week’s Hexham scorer Uokhun is the most glaring danger, racing off the same mark and having only his second run at about 2m7f/3m, but lots of the others hold reasonable each-way claims.
17:00 Haarar
Several have possibilities but the vote goes to HAARAR, who made it 3-10 over hurdles when scoring at Catterick last month and a 4lb rise for that smooth success looks fair.
Heart Above, who has form figures of 231213 since the end of August, is feared most ahead of No No Fizz, who resumed his progress with a good second in a big field here last month. Others to consider are Ravenscraig Castle and last year’s winner Mack The Man.
17:30 Chanonry Point
Lucinda Russell won this in 2023 and 2024 with a newcomer to racing under rules and she fields another one of those today in CHANONRY POINT, who has had one run (a win) in a point-to-point like her predecessors.
The biggest danger may come from No Flies On Her, who has a similar background but has been absent for much longer. The standard set by Centurion’s Sister, Perfectot and Chanelle Noir is not a high one, although they do bring promise.
