14:45 – Kimy (each-way)
Kimy is very interesting for Tom Mullins. She doesn’t win very often but she has patches of very solid form. She won a maiden hurdle on good ground and she ran a cracker at the Dublin Racing Festival. That was off a mark of 109 and she’s now rated 111. She’s good enough to go very close.
15:20 – Butch Cassidy
I really like Butch Cassidy for Rachael Blackmore and Henry de Bromhead. He can get his head in front and you might be able to get a decent enough price with Cest Ta Chance for Willie Mullins likely to head the market. He won twice last year before finishing fifth in the Lawlor’s Of Naas behind The Yellow Clay. He’s had a little break and that could see him running considerably better. The De Bromhead yard are in much better form too.
16:30 – Black Bamboo (each-way)
Black Bamboo and Kimy could be a tidy each-way double at Navan on Saturday! He really catches the eye and he has patches of good form. He was sixth in the Coral Cup last year and his chase mark of 125, which is 6lbs lower than his hurdle mark, is very interesting.
