Our snazzy NAPs Table is here to give you a steer on today’s best bets for the four meetings across the UK and Ireland.

Believitanducan finished sixth in the Grade 2 JCB Triumph Trial Juvenile Hurdle behind East India Dock on his last outing and returns to calmer waters at Stratford for the Class 3 Juvenile Hurdle (13:50) in his bid to return to winning ways. There is further Class 3 action on the card courtesy of the Handicap Hurdle (15:20) which sees the Olly Murphy-trained Hara Kiri go for a four-timer.

Laskalin landed the North Wales National last time out and attempts to make it two wins in a row in the Class 3 Handicap Chase (15:40) off a mark 13lbs lower than his hurdling rating. There is also Jumps action at Plumptom where Willie Mullins sends the unbeaten More Coko for the Class 4 Thank You Plumpton Members “National Hunt” Novices’ Hurdle (14:30).

The evening all-weather meeting at Newcastle rounds off proceedings.
