Having won at Wetherby in February on her second hurdle start, MAGICAL ANNIE can defy a penalty and follow up. The consistent Uokhun may be best of the rest ahead of French claiming hurdle winner Assorda.

Catterick brings out the best in TREATY BOY, who won comfortably over C&D last week, and he can defy a 7lb penalty. Beny Nahar Road ran an encouraging race at Newcastle recently and is second choice ahead of C&D winner Ensel Du Perche.

This is all about EDGEWELL (NAP) who has taken off on his last two starts and will be hard to beat in his hat-trick bid. Hostile Hotelier has been running consistently well and is second choice, while Ridin Solo needs to find more on this step up in trip.

Having been runner-up the last twice, BORN IN THE WEST earns the vote ahead of Lahire, who also arrives in good form. Rehill Relic has bits of form that give him a chance.

None of these have rock-solid credentials and a chance is taken on the 12yo DIDERO VALLIS. He ran okay last time and seems to like it here. Eva’s Oskar was lucky to win at Bangor last time but is still a big danger. C&D winner Presentandcounting is next on the list under Derek O’Connor.
