The lightly raced Thirsty Farmer appears to retain enough ability to have a say, while Hill Of Tara is not ruled out. However, the suggestion is ROCK DANSE, who is on a handy mark and will appreciate this ease in grade.

Very good C&D second latest; FORSA BAY must enter calculations now stepping into handicap company.

15:05 Sandown – Frenchy Du Large (The Guardian)

FRENCHY DU LARGE may have bounced when pulled up on heavy ground at Haydock in December on second start back from a long absence, and he’s had wind surgery since; prior to that he reappeared with a good second at Ludlow (3m1f, good to soft) and is a major player if rediscovering that form; has won on soft.

15:30 Clonmel – Person Of Interest (The Irish Sun)

Good second on hurdles debut in a 2m2f Ballinrobe maiden last summer, fair efforts when beaten around 11l in recent handicaps at Fairyhouse and Punchestown; cheekpieces now tried and PERSON OF INTEREST may yet improve.
