13:00 Naas – Answer To Kayf (Racing TV)

Chances can be given to plenty of these. Clonmel winner Kiltealy Park has to bounce back from a poor effort at Limerick, but looks feasibly treated on her winning form. Canal End has the trip in his favour and a big run would not surprise. Hat-trick seeking Individualiste has an obvious chance, despite a 10lb rise for his Navan win. Top-weight ANSWER TO KAYF ran okay in a couple of good beginners chases and off a mark of 130 is hard to ignore. He could take beating.

13:30 Naas – Charlus (The Irish Sun)

Both Holy See and Young Churchill look well capable of at least winning a maiden hurdle. However, the likelihood is they might be taking on a good horse in expensive French purchase CHARLUS and he gets the vote.

14:20 Fontwell – Shuil Ceoil (The Favourite – NAP)

This could be a very weak contest, so some runners who would normally be readily dismissed, are given a second look. The return to hurdling may well offer SHUIL CEOIL (nap) the right opportunity, and Westtara is second on the list, following his bold show here in May when he appeared not to stay 3m2f. The market moves also need to be consulted.

14:50 Fontwell – Proper Twelve (Daily Telegraph)

Leading Swoop stayed on well for second over C&D last month and remains well handicapped after a 2lb nudge, but PROPER TWELVE seemed to respond well to the addition of blinkers two starts ago, and gets the nod in the hope a visor (first worn when unseating at the first fence last time) has a positive effect. Boys Of Wexford has a significant role to play and is next on the list.
