The Long Walk Hurdle has been dominated by horses towards the top of Paddy Power’s betting in recent years.
Crambo became the eighth winner in the last 10 renewals of Ascot’s festive feature that could be found in the top three in the market.
The defending champion is back for more but it is Strong Leader, who landed a maiden Grade 1 in last term’s Liverpool Hurdle, that heads our odds.

Crambo and Hiddenvalley Lake have not been seen since the Liverpool Hurdle in April, while The Wallpark has been off the track for 56 days.
