Three meetings are scheduled across the tracks in the UK and Ireland today – and our nifty NAPs Table is here to steer you on the day’s best bets.

Jumps racing returns to Windsor and the Class 3 Royal Windsor Novices’ Limited Handicap Chase (12:45) sees Helnwein, who landed last season’s Novices’ Championship Final Handicap Hurdle, attempt to score over fences at the second time of asking. Elsewhere on the card, Cap Du Nord is back on his previous winning mark for the Class 3 Thames Handicap Chase (13:55).

Gwennie May Boy landed a couple of big pots for the Skelton team at the end of last season and attempts to defy top weight to qualify for next year’s Cheltenham Festival in the latest Class 2 Pertemps Network Handicap Hurdle (14:07) at Carlisle.

Meanwhile, the Listed Irish Stallion Farms EBF Future Champions INH Flat Race (15:25) tops the bill at Navan and Gordon Elliott saddles a trio of runners in the form of Classical Creek, Kalypso’chance and Whinney Hill.
