Having split subsequent winners on her chase debut, KIT’S COTY (nap) appears to have a great chance off the same mark. Gazette Bourgeoise, another runner who posted a solid effort last time, is second choice ahead of Getbazoutofhere who has turned a corner this season.

Back down in distance off an attractive mark, SNAPIUS may be capable of recording a first success since joining James Owen. Kuzco, an interesting handicap debutant, is second choice. Improving Hara Kiri and recent C&D scorer Activist are respected, while Royal Rhythm has clear possibilities granted a revival.

Indeevar Bleu remains of interest and commands respect, especially if the market speaks favourably on his return from a lengthy absence. SONIFICATION is the other main contender on hurdles form and his rider Alice Stevens takes off a useful 5lb.

In-form maiden LUNAR OCEAN looks a particularly solid contender on recent efforts and is taken to open his account. Jac Jumper, who should go well returned to 2m4f, is second choice ahead of Libor Lad who may rebound. The market signals should be heeded with regard to several others, especially Jumper Madrik.
15:20 Gaia Vallis
The handicap debutantes Barra Blue (second choice) and Near Dark are interesting at this weak level, and market confidence behind either should be heeded. GAIA VALLIS is far more exposed but she’s a leading form contender and attractively treated.
