Six meetings are scheduled across the tracks in the UK and Ireland today – and our nifty NAPs Table is here to steer you on the day’s best bets.

It is the opening day of the November Meeting at Cheltenham and the Grade 2 Shloer Chase (14:20) tops the bill as Jonbon faces three rivals including Edwardstone in his bid to win the race for the second year in a row. Elsewhere on the card, Potters Charm and Valgrand face off in the Grade 2 Albert Bartlett Novices’ Hurdle (15:30), Conflated heads the weights for the Glenfarclas Cross Country Handicap Chase (14:55) and last year’s Stayers’ Hurdle fourth Buddy One goes for glory over the larger obstacles in the Listed Mucking Brilliant Paddy Power Novices’ Chase (13:45).

The Willie Mullins-trained Irancy, who finished behind Firefox and Ballyburn in his only outing last season, bids to get off the mark over timber in the 50,000 Euro BetVictor Graduation Bonus Series Maiden Hurdle (14:00) at Punchestown before stablemate and Champion Bumper fourth Sounds Victorious tackles the Connolly’s RED MILLS Irish EBF Auction Maiden Hurdle (15:10).

There are also Jumps meetings at Newcastle and Southwell before all-weather fixtures at Dundalk and Wolverhampton round off proceedings.
