Each and every day of the racing year, we bring you a bumper NAPS Table to give you the inside scoop on all the plays you’ll need that day.

Don’t know what an NAPs Table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.

So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets) today. The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the Table. Let’s get to the picks…

13:13 Nottingham – She Went Whoosh (The Guardian)

There’s precious little soft-ground form on show. SHE WENT WHOOSH did at least run one of her better races on this surface first time up and 6f on heavy last time found her out. The ground is an unknown for Jeany May but she’s now run well in three nurseries. Avalon is bred to be better than her mark and this is her handicap debut.

13:43 Nottingham – Last Outlaw (The Times)

Huddle Up is 3lb better off with LAST OUTLAW than when the pair fought it out over C&D a fortnight ago, which gives him every chance of turning things round, but the selection was having just his fourth start that day and remains open to further improvement. Speaking of which Marching Mac has done nothing but progress of late, an easy heavy-ground C&D win being one of four registered over the past month, and he’s much respected. The Coffee Pod can go well too in a sprint in which all nine arrive off the back of a solid run.

15:30 Chepstow – Boston Joe (Racing Post)

This revolves around BOSTON JOE, who was a runaway winner over fences last month and is only 2lb higher back in this sphere. He’s still unexposed as a hurdler and is a big player if he can run somewhere near that latest form. Speiriuil, who was runner-up on her handicap debut in May, is feared most ahead of Gavin, who has possibilities on his drop back in trip. Dan Skelton’s two runners need watching in the market, while another to keep an eye on is Ben Pauling’s handicap newcomer Stardhem.

16:45 Dundalk – Koniag (Irish Sun)

Second to an improver over C&D last month, KONIAG can go one better here. Gardone rates a big threat on recent C&D form, while others to consider include Tastyee and top-weight Gioiella, now back with Jarlath Fahey and dropped in grade.
