12:55 – Zarigana

Zarigana looks to be the banker on the card for the home team. She’s been absolutely foot perfect on his two runs to date, winning easily despite being restrained at the back of the pack last time and coming with a smooth irresistible run down the outside to win. She’s got the pedigree also.

two runs to date

8/11
Zarigana Win or Each Way

13:30- Rashabar

Rashabar is going to be slightly overlooked in the market yet again, despite having rock solid form in the book. He made his challenge out towards the unfavoured centre-part of the track last time at Deauville, From his starting stall today in box four, he could get a dream run over a course and distance that should play to his strengths

10/3
Rashabar Win or Each Way

14:05 – Believing

Believing has been so unlucky the last twice when drawn on the wrong side from her main rivals. However, she has been handed a decent starting position from stall five in the Prix de l’Abbaye  and seems to be thriving on her racing this season. She has also won under all sorts of ground conditions, so any change in the weather holds no fears.

Believing Win or Each Way

15:20 – Shin Emperor  (each-way) & Fantastic Moon (each-way)

This could finally be the year the Japanese get one over the line in the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe. that they desperately crave. Shin Emperor ran a cracker in Ireland last time in the Irish Champion Stakes and look sure to benefit for the step up to 1m 4f from 1m 2f. Fantastic Moon ran in a hotter renewal of this contest last season & also rates an each-way player.

7/1
Shin Emperor Win or Each Way

20/1
Fantastic Moon Win or Each Way

16:05 – Sparkling Plenty

Sparkling Plenty didn’t get much luck in the French 1,000 Guineas earlier in the season, but then managed to put together a couple of smart performances. She was very unlucky at the glorious Goodwood meeting behind Opera Singer and was then also asked an impossible question last time over 1m 4f behind Bluestocking and the drop back to 1m 2f could prove to be her ideal distance.

4/1
Sparkling Plenty Win or Each Way

16:40 – Flora Of Bermuda (each-way)

Flora Of Bermuda has never tried the long sprint distance of 7f. However, if you look back at the way she finished at Haydock in the Sprint Cup, it suggests it is going to be within her reach. If she does last out, she surely is massively overpriced in this division. We just need a bit of magic from our rider Oisin Murphy as he is posted a little wide in stall 18. That appears to be factored into her price though.

25/1
Flora Of Bermuda Win or Each Way
