There are seven meetings scheduled across the tracks in the UK and Ireland today – and our nifty NAPs Table is here to give you a steer on the day’s best bets.

Our daily racing NAPs Table is your one-stop shop with all of today’s top tips from the cream of the British and Irish racing press. The tipsters are ranked by their profit or loss to Level Stakes so you know who has been firing in the winners and who, err, hasn’t.

You’ll find all of their NAPs by scrolling down to the table at the bottom of this page, otherwise, here’s a round-up of today’s action.

A maximum field of 25 runners take their chance in the Ayr Gold Cup (15:35) including two-time Royal Ascot winner Rohaan and C&D specialist Jordan Electrics, who has risen 30lbs in the handicap over the course of the season. The cracking card also features the Group 3 Firth Of Clyde (15:00) and Listed Doonside Cup Stakes (13:50).

The Group 3 Denny Cordell Lavarack & Lanwades Stud Fillies & Mares Stakes (16:01) is the pick of the races at Gowran Park, the Cesarewitch Trial Handicap (15:55) at Newmarket could throw up clues for next month’s big race, there are also turf fixtures at Chester and Navan before Wolverhampton’s all-weather meeting rounds off proceedings.
