17:18 Bellewstown – Inforapenny (NAP)
Competitive handicap. High Honour and Rockview Roman should both go well with the latter likely to get a bit closer than he did at Sligo last time. Top-weight Harley Street is capable of better than he showed at Cork last time. The selection though is INFORAPENNY (nap), who has done all of his winning over this C&D and should go close.
17:48 Bellewstown – Mount Sinai
Cases can be made for many of these. The hat-trick seeking That’s About Right can go close, while Sea Music is likely to do much better than last time when a second run at Galway might have been too much. Market moves for Cougar could well be significant. The selection is MOUNT SINAI, given a fair bit to do at Galway last time but likes this trip and looks well capable off this mark.
18:40 Worcester – Mahler Moon
An open race. MAHLER MOON has had a break since his latest below-par run and he had previously improved for going up in distance. Hillsin (second choice) is solid and Kitesurfer is another who should be involved.
19:40 Worcester – Hardy Fella
It might pay to risk HARDY FELLA who will be glad to see the back of fences and there’s nothing wrong with his hurdle mark. My Chiquita has plenty in her favour and she appeals as the best alternative ahead of Pop The Champagne.
20:00 Kempton – True Wisdom
A chance is taken on TRUE WISDOM, who has lacked consistency but posted a very solid effort over C&D on her sole AW start and is now 3lb lower. She holds strong claims granted a repeat of that form. The return to Kempton also puts Into Battle (second choice) and Magico firmly in calculations, while most of the others also have possibilities in a fairly open and interesting race.
21:00 Kempton – Emerald City
James Fanshawe’s consistent EMERALD CITY deserves a break and it might come over this longer trip, as his dam won over hurdles. Inappropriate has a similar profile and he too could benefit from this step up in distance, while Francesco Baracca was a closer here last time and he too enters the equation.
