SEE THE FIRE was just beaten in the Nassau Stakes last time, and she should take some beating.

The Ebor for three-year-olds is where DRAMATIC STAR looks open to much improvement. He finished well at Hamilton last time, and despite finishing last of 13 in a 1m 6f contest at Haydock, he slipped on the bend, so ignore that run. I’ll consider his well-being, and he can make the breakthrough now.
15:00 – Audience
When he’s left alone up front, AUDIENCE is very hard to pass. He mightn’t be a top-notch Grade One horse, but he can do the job. His form when beating Charyn at Newbury – and even when beaten by him into fifth at Ascot – reads a lot stronger now, too, with that rival’s win in France.
15:35 – My Mate Mozzie (each-way)
The big race of the week is the Ebot Handicap, and getting off the pace and winning this is generally difficult. Magical Zoe has been a long-term fancy, but I wouldn’t say I like her stall one draw. That leaves her needing luck in running. MY MATE MOZZIE is drawn 13, travels well into his races, and should favour this speed rather than being a pure stamina test. He’ll race prominently and can move significantly from the bend into the straight. He’s an eight-year-old now and has plenty of big-race experience to cope.
16:10 – Dare To Hope
DARE TO HOPE looks like a fair chance from stall three, as the draw has not dealt a good hand to a couple of the others, like Billyjoh.
