Horse Racing Tips: An 8/1 shout tops Ruby Walsh’s Saturday fancies at York

Ruby is all over the final day of the Ebor Festival - and he's sweet on Hipop De Loire in the 15:35.

Saturday’s York Betting Tips:

13:50 – Alyanaabi (NAP)
14:25 – The Equator
15:00 – Audience
15:35 – Hipop De Loire & Yashin (each-way)
16:10 – Dare To Hope

13:50 – Alyanaabi (NAP)

A Group 3 contest over the mile where Alyanaabi was an early season fancy for the 2,000 Guineas. He hasn’t scaled those heights but could be a contender here if they held him in such esteem.

14:25 – The Equator

The Ebor for three-year-olds and The Equator has been catching my eye recently and has been crying out for this 1m 6f trip. He can deliver now having been the second and third string for Ballydoyle in previous races.

15:00 – Audience

John & Thady Gosden’s runner Audience is the best horse and most likely winner in my view. He’ll jump off and go and it’s up to the others to get to him and pass him!

15:35 – Hipop De Loire & Yashin (each-way)

The big race of the week is the Ebor Handicap and Willie Mullins saddles Hipop De Loire. He has a great chance and has improved from his run at Galway. Yashin for Jessica Harrington is another who has a big chance for the Irish challengers who’ve had a good week.

16:10 – Dare To Hope

Trainer Richard Fahey should have a big chance with Dare To Hope, who has a nice low draw in stall three with Oisin James Orr on board.
