14:30 Worcester – Jeudidee (Racing Post)
Magistrato will likely give it a good go from the front which should set it up for the likes of Isabella Bee and Stroll On By (second choice) who both stay further than this. However, it might be worth chancing JEUDIDEE who was still travelling strongly when coming down late on chase debut in June with Nibras Gold also worth considering.
14:45 Catterick – The Feminine Urge (Timeform)
The Feminine Urge has offered some encouragement in two of her three starts in maiden and novice company and strikes as a potential improver on her handicap debut. She was badly in need of the experience on debut at Windsor but was beaten less than two and a half lengths at Sandown on her second start and, based on that showing, could be starting out in handicaps on a fair mark. Trainer George Scott has had plenty of two-year-old winners in recent weeks.
15:00 Worcester – Up For Appeal (Daily Mail)
Jac Jumper has done little wrong in finishing second over C&D twice recently but is creeping up the weights. He may still win but preference is for UP FOR APPEAL who is only 3lb higher than when winning at Newton Abbot in June and should be suited by these conditions. Almost Gotaway made an encouraging return to action last time and should also run well.
16:45 Catterick – Sir Garfield (The Sun)
An open race in which the vote goes to SIR GARFIELD, who has form figures of 41222 since going handicaping in blinkers and has been knocking on the door with those last three seconds. Saisons D’Or, who is on the same mark as for his C&D win in May, is feared most ahead of Bulmer Bank who has a solid record in his four runs this season. Without Delay has possibilities if she gets the breaks, while others to consider are Reputation and Vince Le Prince.
