13.50 – Master Milliner (each-way)
14.25 – Task Force
15.00 – Talis Evolvere (each-way)

MASTER MILLINER managed to win this 2m 4f marathon contest two years ago. Although he has not pulled up any trees since returning off a 640 day absence, his last race at Newbury was run at a snails pace at Newbury. We know that stamina is his key asset expect an improved display from a mark of 90 can be expected now.

14.25 – Task Force

TASK FORCE has always been highly regarded and ran well in the Middle Park Stakes at the back end of his juvenile career. He possibly ran too free when returning in the 2,000 Guineas at Newmarket, but put up an improved display in the Jersey Stakes at Royal Ascot, suggesting he is just starting to settle a little better in his races now. He looks ready for the mile test on this sharp track.

 

15.00 – Talis Evolvere (each-way)

TALIS EVOLVERE has completely flown under the radar a considering he’s been keeping top handicap company over a variety of distances. He is off the back of a really good effort in the Bunbury Cup at Newmarket when hitting the line well. Although the draw hasn’t been kind he can get a slice of the action and maybe even cause an upset.

15.35 – Asfoora

This has always been the long-term aim for the Australian team and ASFOORA‘s victory at Royal Ascot was a bonus. Connections think she ‘s better over this 5f distance. Let’s hope the rain stays away and she has her ideal conditions to post back-to-back wins in a cracking renewal of this Group 2 sprint.
