14.05 York – Soul Seeker
14.25 Ascot – Friendly Soul
14.40 York – Rage Of Bamby
15.00 Ascot – Fresh & Make Me King
15.15 York – Passenger
15.40 Ascot – Bluestocking

13.50 Ascot – Simmering

Ryan Moore now takes over on SIMMERING for Ollie Sangster. She ran a cracker last time out when second behind Fairy Godmother in the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot over course and distance. That form will be enough to win this.

14.05 York – Soul Seeker

SOUL SEEKER won this last year and I fancy him to do the same again. His last three runs haven’t been brilliant and he won this off a similar mark last year. He’s down to a mark of 68 which is more than workable. He’s got form at York too.

 

14.25 Ascot – Friendly Soul

I’ve got doubts over Devoted Queen and I’ve landed on FRIENDLY SOUL, who has the class to beat the Charlie Appleby runner and Soprano. I have slight doubts about the mile trip but I’m expecting her to bounce back from her disappointing run in the Musidora Stakes last time out at York.

14.40 York – Rage Of Bamby

I’m taking a punt on RAGE OF BAMBY, who’s drawn in stall one. She’s had one start this season and that will have got rid of the cobwebs. She should go well on the ground too.

15.00 Ascot – Fresh & Make Me King

I can see these coming up the middle as one group so I’m going to back one from either side. FRESH will always run his race and while I’m not guaranteeing he’ll win, you usually get your money’s worth with him.

MAKE ME KING won last time out at Newcastle after finishing behind a few of these in the Buckingham Palace over course and distance at Royal Ascot. He can go well again.

 

15.15 York – Passenger

We haven’t seen PASSENGER since his win at Chester in May. He’s a very good horse and he’s only had one poor run so far. I’m going to side with him.

15.40 Ascot – Bluestocking

Auguste Rodin is usually hard to oppose but I’m going to take him on. With the draw of him being in stall two, I’d much prefer to be where BLUESTOCKING is in stall nine. She should stay and if there’s one to turn Auguste Rodin over, it’s her.
