14.50 – Sturlasson

Started career brightly last season, before limitations were exposed in better company; ran away with a 17-runner 5f maiden at Navan in May, soon in front and always in command; looked unlucky when second to Blue Storm in the three-year-old “Dash” at Epsom; winner upheld the form at Royal Ascot; holds a leading chance.

16.05 – Matsuri

Sea The Stars colt; merely workmanlike when odds-on winner of 1m Kempton AW novice on second start last autumn; justified strong home reputation when powering clear in a 1m2f conditions race at Leicester; had an unusual profile for this race, having never run in a stakes race, but can be rated a serious contender nonetheless.

17.50 – Saturn

Well-bred and progressive colt was recording third win from last four starts when just holding on over 1m6f here early this month; likes this good ground and although 12lb higher now this year retains respect.
