14:30 Leovanni

Make Haste impressed when winning at Naas but you can pick holes in the win. I’m with Leovanni, who ran a really solid race at Nottingham. She’s drawn alongside Truly Enchanting and there’s plenty of pace on offer. I’ll stick with Karl Burke’s runner.

15:05 The Equator

I don’t think many expected Illinois to head here and Ryan Moore has opted to ride him. I’ve seen him in the paddock and he looks huge. He’s crying for a step up in trip but The Equator could outrun his odds after finishing fourth at the Curragh last time out. 1m6f will really suit him. While Illinois could be the most likely winner, Aidan O’Brien’s other runner The Equator is a better value pick.

15:45 Ocean Jewel

I’m with Ocean Jewel after her impressive Curragh win last time out. The step up to a mile really suited her. With the favourites in stall one and two, I’m looking for the outside boxes. Gregarina for Joseph O’Brien could also be worth keeping on side.

16:25 Auguste Rodin

Auguste Rodin ran his race in the Tattersalls Gold Cup at the Curragh last time out. His biggest opposition is going to come from Inspiral but I’m not convinced about her over the 1m2f distance. I don’t think there was anything wrong with his last win so I’m keeping him on side.

17:05 Coeur d’Or (NAP)

Coeur d’Or was really eye-catching at the Curragh on Guineas weekend. He ran over 6f that day but that’s way too short for him. He won at Galway last year and he’s got decent form over a mile. On a sound surface, he’s a strong miler and he came home like a rocket over 6f last time out. He has no problem racing through horses and he can find gaps when needed.

17:40 Villanova Queen (each-way)

I’m with Villanova Queen at a big price. She won here last year on the round course but she’s on the straight this year. She’s back down to 1lb higher than she was when winning last year. She didn’t ran as bad as the result suggested when finishing sixth at the Curragh last time out. She’s a great each-way price.

18:15 Hawaiian

I’m following a cliff horse in Hawaiian. He made a winning start at Newbury but he disappointed last time out in the National Stakes at Sandown. I’m hoping the ground is an excuse so I’ll give him another chance.
