There are six meetings scheduled across the tracks in the UK and Ireland today – and our nifty NAPs Table is here to give you a steer on the day’s best bets.

Our daily racing NAPs Table is your one-stop shop with all of today’s top tips from the cream of the British and Irish racing press. The tipsters are ranked by their profit or loss to Level Stakes so you know who has been firing in the winners and who, err, hasn’t.

The Listed Irish Stallion Farms EBF Eternal Stakes (15:35) tops the bill at Carlisle as the 105-rated Jabaara attempts to defy a 3lb penalty for a previous success at this level. The pick of the supporting races is the Class 2 Tattersalls £40,000 EBF Novice Stakes (14:35) which sees LTO winner Bountiful bid for successive victories.

There is also Listed action in the evening at Naas courtesy of the Oaks Trial (19:30) which has attracted 12 entries including Gowran Classic heroine Fleur De Chine. There are also Flat fixtures at Ffos Las, Kempton and Salisbury.

Worcester stages the day’s only Jumps meeting and Captain Morgs – trained by Nicky Henderson – tops the weights for the Class 3 FBC Manby Bowdler Novices’ Limited Handicap Chase.
