Aucunrisque landed the Betfair Hurdle at Newbury two years ago and returns to C&D for one of the feature races on the card, the Class 3 Handicap Hurdle (15:00). Meanwhile, the Paul Nicholls-trained Captain Bellamy bids to get back on the scoresheet in the Class 3 Novices’ Hurdle (13:55) after being disqualified last time out.

The Class 3 West Wales National (15:40) tops the bill at Ffos Las and a stack of Go North Series Finals take place at Musselburgh’s Jumps meeting. The evening all-weather fixtures at Dundalk and Southwell round off proceedings.
