He should go close, but the slight preference is for VIRTUAL HUG who is fully effective over further than this but did win a steadily run event over C&D in February. Kingston Joy is another who may appreciate stepping back up in trip and looks best of the rest, albeit Pittsburg, Tables Turned and Still Standing can’t be dismissed entirely.

This can go to BITCOIN PROFIT who comes into this in fair form and had two of these behind when second on stable debut over 7f here last month. The longer trip should be within range judged on the dam’s side of his pedigree. Trois Blancs didn’t run to suit when behind the selection last time and a better performance wouldn’t surprise, which is also the case with handicap newcomer Exceptionality.
18:00 King’s Coronation
There are some interesting newcomers in this such as Marhaba Million and Roland Garros, but with the former drawn widest the latter may be the pick of that group. However, the vote goes to his stablemate KING’S CORONATION who gave the impression he would come on plenty for last month’s course debut with the extra furlong likely to suit him on breeding. Last autumn’s C&D runner-up Hampden and James Fanshawe’s Pique’ are others to keep an eye on.
18:30 Hot Front
There may still be improvement to come from the unexposed Say You’ll Never now she is making her handicap debut, while Delicacy is worth a market check back from 140 days off. However, it may be worth giving another chance to HOT FRONT in the first-time blinkers. She was well held at Chelmsford on Good Friday, but her last two appearances in fillies-only races have resulted in a win and a narrow defeat.
19:00 Bella Bisbee
Radiant Angel showed promise when fourth on his Lingfield debut in February and is a player building on that. But BELLA BISBEE showed good form in both starts over 6f last autumn, including an authoritative win here. The extra furlong should be within range and she looks the one to beat if ready to roll.
19:30 Baileys Warrior
Tamaris is one for the shortlist on his stable debut if he’s in the same form as when winning at Kempton in January, while the consistent Smokey Malone shouldn’t be far away. Tarbat Ness is worth a market check back from five months off, but despite a record of 1-26, it may well be worth taking a chance with BAILEYS WARRIOR who twice chased home the prolific The Craftymaster over C&D in the winter. He faces nothing of that calibre here
20:00 Cryptos Dream
Topweight CRYPTOS DREAM has done well since joining Jack Jones last summer and Archie Young’s useful 7lb claim might enable her to record a fourth stable success tonight. Kraken Diamond seems to have been aided by the addition of cheekpieces on recent outings and can pose a threat if his stamina holds out. Strategic Fortune is better than he showed here last time and might also feature.
20:30 Trojan Truth (NAP)
Calcutta Dream can pose a potent threat from off the pace if all goes to plan for him but TROJAN TRUTH (nap) kept on strongly to win readily over C&D ten days ago, after a break and is taken to overcome a 3lb rise.
