13:17 Great Blasket
Epsom Faithfull and Sandy Paradise, first and third over 7f here recently, both make the shortlist with the former still on a favourable mark and unexposed over the trip, while the latter is consistent.
Mr Fustic is interesting on his return having won four of his last six starts on the AW, but preference is for GREAT BLASKET provided the sharper test doesn’t find him out. He did best of those held up when a close third at Wolverhampton a week ago and races off the same mark.
13:47 Dors Toyboy
Rivas Rob Roy is best at 1m nowadays but he’s ahead of the assessor and has to be feared. A solid alternative is dual C&D scorer DORS TOYBOY who has slipped to an attractive mark, while Dulcet Spirit (second choice) is also interesting, Sir Titan is likely to remain competitive and Perfect Focus has possibilities in the retained blinkers.
14:17 Rascal Recknell
Unless one of the newcomers attracts support this looks to be between Influence and RASCAL RECKNELL. The former wouldn’t be winning out of turn and shouldn’t have an issue with the longer trip, but the selection has shown plenty of ability in both starts and must have a fine chance if settling better than when narrowly beaten at Kempton last time.
14:47 Khamsin
Something To Do has left his previous form well behind since handicapping, though he proved rather wayward when second at Kempton on Wednesday with Livinthelife back in fourth. He could go well if turning out for the third time in five days, while Bradman comes into this bidding for a hat-trick after narrowly defeating Something To Do at Wolverhampton on Monday.
He is on good terms with himself, but dropping in trip on a sharp track poses a different question so KHAMSIN is preferred. He finished only fourth of six on handicap debut at Southwell last month, but that form is working out very well and he shaped as though this longer trip would suit him.
15:15 The Craftymaster (NAP)
Easy Equation isn’t easy to win with but he has been placed in both starts over C&D so could go well again, while Winklevi has become well handicapped and could enjoy the run of the race in front. Foinix is another on a favourable mark but THE CRAFTYMASTER (NAP) is taken to extend his winning sequence to four despite still having to prove himself on Polytrack.

15:47 Savannah Smiles
This looks open. In receipt of plenty of weight all round, last week’s runner-up SAVANNAH SMILES gets the verdict, with the likeable Sassy Redhead second choice and the in-form Vitalline also feared. Hollie Doyle’s mount Miss Moonshine is likely to be on the premises once more.
16:20 Glamorous Express
The Defiant is an interesting contender at this level as he was capable of going well fresh for previous connections and returns to the fray off a handy mark. La Roca Del Fuego has a longer layoff to overcome and preference is for GLAMOROUS EXPRESS who has taken well to Polytrack and surely has another race in him on this surface. Darlo Pride may be best of the remainder.
