Each and every day of the racing year we bring you a bumper NAPS Table to give you the inside scoop on all the plays you’ll need that day.

Don’t know what a NAPs Table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.

So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets) today. The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the Table. Let’s get to the picks…

13:55 Chelmsford – Come On Girl (Telegraph)

This could be between COME ON GIRL and All In The Hips, who have both run well behind the in-form Beauzon recently. There’s not much between the pair at the weights but preference is for the Mick Appleby runner, who is well drawn for one who usually races up with the pace. Kitbag may be best of the remainder.

16:15 Chelmsford – Tables Turned (Racing Post)

Today’s step back up in trip could be just what TABLES TURNED needs and he’s taken to get off the mark. Cryptos Dream continues in good form and is second choice ahead of Curtiz. There’s a suspicion that Fiddlers Green has a bigger run in him.

18:30 Southwell – Qaasid (The Sun)

This looks tricky but the vote goes to triple AW winner QAASID, who had form figures of 123232 in his final six runs last year. He returns after 201 days off but this 6yo still looks feasibly treated and has won when fresh in the past. Charlie Johnston’s Tenerife Sunshine is feared most, although Cavern Club is still unexposed on AW and looks interesting on this drop back in trip and grade. Another to consider is Valsad, who won a Class 2 here in the autumn and has claims if he can recapture that form on his stable debut.

20:30 Southwell – Lady In Havana (Daily Mail)

It might be worth siding with LADY IN HAVANA, who beat a subsequent winner when landing a C&D handicap last month and had an excuse when favourite at Newcastle two weeks ago. She still has potential after only six starts. The main threat could come from George Boughey’s unexposed filly Warming, who was placed on her recent handicap debut.
