17:30 – Admirable Lad
Chelsea Banham holds a strong-looking hand with ADMIRABLE LAD and Toplight, who both shaped encouragingly at Wolverhampton on Saturday and return to handicap level looking well treated. Preference for the former is only marginal. In-form contenders Due Date and I’m Mable complete the shortlist.
18:00 – McCauleys Tavern
Although it took him 16 attempts to get off the mark, MCCAULEY’S TAVERN still looks favourably treated and is taken to follow up his C&D success. Swiss Pride, who ties in with the selection, is second choice ahead of unexposed Back Tomorrow who holds obvious claims assuming the switch to Polytrack (from Tapeta) proves no issue. Big R and Roman Spring are also in the mix.
18:30 – Gaiden
Comparatively exposed contenders GAIDEN, Macanudo and Haya Taal have a combined record of 0-22 but they bring the best form, in that order of merit. A few others, most notably Aidan Andabettin, look open to improvement.
19:00 – Havana Smoke
The shortlist is headed by the two runners who performed well last week, namely HAVANA SMOKE and Tea Leaf Ted in that order of preference. The selection is open to progress at this trip, while the second choice is evidently suited by this C&D. Ventura Empress, Chapman and Inbetweenus are interesting back down in distance with cheekpieces applied.

19:30 – No News (NAP)
Being better than ever and likely to prove as effective back over 1m, NO NEWS (nap) could well complete a Kempton hat-trick. Comedian Leader (second choice) is respected off her current mark, while Evasive Power and Dance Angel are other suggestions for the shortlist.
20:00 – Clipsham Gold
In-form mare CLIPSHAM GOLD is back on her last winning mark and taken to record her first success since joining Dylan Cunha. David’s Diva, who looks open to further improvement, is feared most.
