Each and every day of the racing year we bring you a bumper NAPS Table to give you the inside scoop on all the plays you’ll need that day.

Don’t know what a NAPs Table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.

So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets) today. The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the Table. Let’s get to the picks…

12:40 Leopardstown – Power Hour (The Irish Sun)

POWER HOUR had two placed efforts in maiden hurdles earlier in the year and ran okay on comeback run at Clonmel when a distant fourth behind a subsequent Grade 1 winner. Could come on for that.

13:50 Leopardstown – Irish Point (Brian Flanagan)

IRISH POINT ran in four Grade 1 races as a novice last season. Fine effort in the 2m Royal Bond when narrowly beaten by the subsequent Supreme winner Marine Nationale. Highlight came over 2m4f at Aintree on the final start, with the Challow winner Hermes Allen back in third. Started the season with 2m1f Grade 3 win at Down Royal. Very interesting staying proposition.

15:23 Catterick – God’s Own Gateway (Spotlight)

GOD’S OWN GATEWAY showed promise on his second run in bumpers and was then placed in two novice hurdles, shaping encouragingly when third of 13 at Warwick (2m3f, soft) in November. Open to plenty of improvement now handicapping. Highly respected.

17:30 Newcastle – Scottish Summit (The Punt)

SCOTTISH SUMMIT is a veteran who retains plenty of ability, having won off 2lb higher in May. Unable to land a blow over C&D last time but may land one in this grade. Drops back to Class 4 for first time since 2020.
