So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets) today. The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the Table. Let’s get to the picks…

12:20 Wincanton – My Lady Grey (Daily Mail)

An open race to start with. MY LADY GREY is a three-time chase winner who all things considered ran a pleasing comeback race over hurdles. Head And Heart goes on soft but heavy was all a bit too much for her last time and she’s feared most, along with Sandy Brook.

13:10 Fakenham – Riccirella (The Sun)

She may not be entirely straightforward but RICCIRELLA was given a lot to do before running on strongly for fourth on her handicap debut at Doncaster and can almost certainly better that bare form if all goes to plan here. Course winner Crem Fresh returns here after going close at Leicester last month and is second choice, ahead of Lady Gwen and Lady Berlais.

13:30 Catterick – Titanium Bullet (Telegraph)

There are a few possibles in this low-grade handicap with the vote going to TITANIUM BULLET who was a creditable third here on his chase debut. Kings Justice, who was just in front of him that day, and the chasing newcomer Time For A Pint are two other possibles.

17:00 Wolverhampton – Arcadian Nights (Racing Post)

Queen Of Ipanema has to make the shortlist under Simon Walker, with the return to a longer trip likely to suit on this second start after an absence, while Alazwar is another to consider being 2-2 around here. The consistent Outrace should go well again, but the vote goes to ARCADIAN NIGHTS who hasn’t enjoyed the smoothest of passages on his last two visits here and is just 1lb higher than when successful over C&D in April. A market move for either Escarpment or Simiyann on their respective AW/stable debuts should be noted.
