16:45 – Moral Turpitude

Francis Meynell has to be respected but I’m not completely sold on him. Instead, I like Moral Turpitude for Daniel James Murphy. Oisin McSweeney is on board and he’s taking off 5lbs, which is a big bonus. She has more than enough to beat Scorchio and Francis Meynell.

17:15 – Sweet Delta Dawn (NAP)

Sweet Delta Dawn ran really well on her debut over 6f at the Curragh behind Megarry. She travelled really well that day but she was just outstayed but should strip fitter this time. The form has held up and trainer Joseph O’Brien wouldn’t be running her if he wasn’t confident or she wasn’t ready to run a big race.

17:45 – Dawn Rider

I thought Swan Band would have shown more improvement last time out so I’m happy to watch her this time. I’m siding with Dawn Rider for Joseph O’Brien and Declan McDonogh. She ran at Dundalk last week when finishing second behind Apercu and she can go one better this time. That was just her second run and she can improve from that with the experience gained.

18:15 – Feature This

Flag High is worth a mention but I’m on Feature This for Paul Flynn. She sets the standard after winning and finishing second at Dundalk in November. Her run behind Trishuli River last time out was decent and she sets the standard. The booking of Robert Whearty is eye catching too.

18:45 – Comfort Line

Comfort Line sets a very good standard after his win at Dundalk last week. You can’t go against him after that and he might be one  who can keep on winning now that he’s got his head in front the first time.

19:15 – Volatile Analyst

Inishmot Prince is going to be competitive even off a career-high mark but this is a different calibre race. You can’t rule him out but I like Volatile Analyst for Adrian McGuinness. He’s progressive and he’s got solid course and distance form. Adam Caffrey is on board and he claims 5lbs which helps too.

19:45 – My Girl Sioux

Theriverrunsdeep can go well and Zig Zag Zyggy could impress but I’ll go with My Girl Sioux. Declan McDonogh is booked for the ride and that could make the difference. She finished fourth at Dundalk earlier this month and she can improve for that run.

20:15 – Miss Paloma

Celtic Revival has been running brilliantly at Dundalk and James Ryan takes off 5lbs too. Although I’m tempted by him, I’m going to take him on with Miss Paloma for Henry de Bromhead. She won at Dundalk last month and she’s gone up 6lbs for that, which is still more than workable. There’s more to come from her.
