14:15 Rosenzoo

A case can be made for most of these but Charlie Johnston’s ROSENZOO hasn’t looked back since going into nurseries and a 6lb penalty for his stylish Kempton success doesn’t look sufficient to prevent this Zoffany colt from following up. Line Sheet made a winning start for George Scott at Leicester last time and is feared most under her own penalty ahead of nursery debutant Zariela and the reliable The Bitter Moose.

14:50 Witness Stand

Tom Clover’s WITNESS STAND, who has been gelded since his free-going sixth in the Vintage Stakes, sets a very high standard and is hard to oppose despite conceding weight all round. George Boughey’s Sala Da Ballo could take a sizeable step forward from his debut Windsor seventh and appeals as the one to chase him home, although newcomers Son Of Man and True Blue Gent are much respected, especially if the market vibes are positive.

15:25 Manhattan Mirage

Alice Haynes’s MANHATTAN MIRAGE shaped really well when a debut third at Ffos Las and looks very much the way to go here. Infinity Blue didn’t enjoy the rub of the green when fourth at Chester last time and is next on the list ahead of newcomers Warsong and Mukaafah.

16:00 Prometeo

An ordinary-looking maiden in which the most appealing contestant is PROMETEO, who should build on his Kempton debut promise. Dancing Eyes is feared most on form. Tipsy Tiger and Free Speech tie in with those two main contenders but may have stronger claims in handicaps shortly. Market confidence behind newcomer Masterly should be heeded.

16:35 Miss Mai Tai

Runaway Chelmsford scorer Musical Tribute (second choice) holds major claims if the blinkers have the same galvanising effect here, while dual C&D winner Catwalk Model and Haydock victor Noor Bano ought to be in the shake-up. But MISS MAI TAI continues on the up and can garner a fourth success of the season in this open sprint.

17:10 Battista (NAP)

Plenty are in with a shout. Dual C&D scorer Queen’s Company (second choice) brings very solid credentials and the consistent pair Forest Demon and Tarbaan must also enter calculations. Panning For Gold and Bold Ribb offer potential on their first go over this trip but BATTISTA (nap) appeals as very much one to keep on the right side of in handicaps and he gets the vote.

Yarmouth

17:45 Fair Wind

Three-time C&D scorer Stone Circle can have a say in this competitive sprint. So can fellow C&D winners Razzam and Thunder Star but this could rest between another pair of progressive 3yos in the shape of Cover Up and FAIR WIND with preference for Owen Burrows’ half-brother to Major Jumbo who can go one better than his excellent recent Chester second.

18:15 Snow Berry

Darlo Pride and Universal Grace (second choice) have shown winning potential, while Nautical Dream needs a market check after a handicap debut that offered hope of better. SNOW BERRY, twice a C&D winner, might prove the answer for her in-form yard, though.
