14:25 Doncaster Poet Master (The Punt)

POET MASTER has had a promising start to career with two wins over seven furlongs on good ground; flopped when favourite for one mile handicap at Haydock (also on good) since but may well have more to offer back down in distance; remains of interest.

15:10 Listowel No Fussing (Steve Mullington)

NO FUSSING won a two mile, five furling maiden on soft ground at Thurles in March; unplaced in a Tramore novice last time, but previously close up in fourth behind today’s rival Rathnaleen Kal in a handicap at Cork; stable in form.

16:10 Doncaster Rogue Lightning (Norwich Evening News)

ROGUE LIGHTNING was useful as a two year old; slow start to this campaign but he was gelded in May and hasn’t looked back since a hood was added, winning five furlong handicaps here and at Ascot (on good or quicker); still on the up but slower ground does ask a different question of him. Has it in the tank.

YORKINDESS is enjoying an excellent season and she garnered her fourth success of 2023 in emphatic style at York (2m) a week ago.
