At the prices I think Quatre Bras is well worth a chance here. Obviously well thought of by connections, having run him in a Group 2 on penultimate start and he’s amongst the Juddmonte entries next month. Won well last time out in a half decent race and will need to improve again today to win this but is well capable and one we’ve definitely not seen the best of yet.
Revoquable got off the mark two starts ago when winning over course and distance on good to firm by 1l, decent figures and a decent performance. Gets the same conditions today and the plum draw in stall 1. Heavy ground last time out probably didn’t suit but definitely not disgraced either. Trainer jockey combo who seem to always do well here and he’s one of the more likelier types in what looks a pretty weak race. Plenty of improvement possible too.
Ameynah was 6th in the Guineas last year beaten 3l. Was then off the track until three weeks ago when beaten less than a length in the Group 3 at Ascot. That was her first run for 15 months and is bound to come on for the run now down in class. Ameynah looks a big player in this race and should be shorter.
