Lingfield 15:50 – Nogos Dream

Nogos Dream may be a little more exposed than some of these but he’s a consistent type who rarely runs a bad race. He comes here in decent form with a couple of placed efforts and the 7f trip looks his best distance. He’s on a good mark and should be very competitive once again at a good price.
Nottingham 16:00 – Quantum Leap
1.5 points each-way
Quantum Leap sneaks in this 0-85 handicap and is a classy horse who’s very unexposed with just the three runs to date, while winning twice. He was a convincing winner last time out and his new mark looks fair. There shouldn’t be any issues if the group turns quicker as his pedigree suggests that it will suit him. He looks a very solid bit of value in a decent looking race.
Lingfield 17:30 – Mellow Mood
1.5 points each-way
Mellow Mood was brutally denied any room on his last start so this smaller field should really give him a better chance of getting a clear run. He hit the frame twice prior to that and now has a very good 7lb claim in Shariq Mohd in the saddle for a trainer, Sylvester Kirk, who has an excellent record at the track. There looks to be plenty of value about the price.
