Tipman Tips use a points system to track profit and loss. To calculate your point value, simply divide your monthly budget into 100 points, it can be done with any budget and any value, for example:

Sandown 15:15 – Expensive Queen

Expensive Queen is a big price against the short-priced favourite Soprano, who has run well in a Group 3. I was impressed with Expensive Queen’s debut and she is better than what she got credit for. She’s entitled to come on for that debut run where she showed a good attitude to knuckle down and win going away. Her pedigree has soft ground form which is a big bonus and at the prices, she’s a lot closer to some of those at the top of the market. She has a nice draw in stall one and should get out and be prominent throughout.
Sandown 15:50 – Hidden Story
3 points each way
Hidden Story has had just the four runs but has a second place on soft ground. He’s well worth trying at this longer trip which on pedigree should suit. Bearing in mind he cost £550k as a yearling, he should be capable of producing more than he has shown to date so I’m expecting an improved run. William Buick is booked for the ride and this one should be winning.
Sandown 16:20 – Wind Your Neck In
1.5 points each way
Wind Your Neck In’s recent form hasn’t been what we had previously seen but there is a very useful horse in there. The ground is a big plus having won twice on soft ground before and he ran well at Bath this year when second. This is a competitive race but the Hollie Doyle booking is a positive and as one of the younger horses in the line up, he is still relatively unexposed and open to plenty of improvement.
