14:35 – Beechwood Star
Beechwood Star showed his inexperience on debut, running green off the pace in the early stages, but he started to get the message from two furlongs out and took third in the final furlong, running on well. That was an eye-catching effort from Beechwood Star who should come on significantly for that experience and he is worth siding with. Petra Celera’s runner-up effort at Hamilton is the best form on offer and she is an obvious danger.
15:10 – Time To Rumble
Time To Rumble shaped with promise when third on his seasonal reappearance at Beverley last month, holding every chance inside the final couple of furlongs until his effort flattened out. He could be sharper with that outing under his belt and is now 2 lb below the mark he defied at Carlisle last year.
15:45 – Twelfth Knight
Twelfth Knight has been in excellent order this season and can register a third win of the campaign. He gained his second win of the season when successful at Ripon in May and then displayed even better form to finish placed on his last two visits to that track. He can launch another bold bid, with the return to more testing conditions not posing a problem (his two wins this season have been on ground deemed heavy by Timeform).

16:20 – Elladora
Elladora has been in good order since being fitted with blinkers this season, winning at Hamilton in May and then hitting the frame on her three subsequent outings. She ran up to her best when runner-up at Carlisle on Thursday, only edged out late on after employing her usual front-running tactics, and she should give another good account of herself.
16:55 – My Roxanne
My Roxanne was a very lucky winner at Chelmsford earlier in the year – the runner-up was heavily eased close home and was nabbed on the line – but there was no fluke about her success at Newcastle last month when she produced her best effort yet to score by three-quarters of a length. The three-year-old My Roxanne, who was taking on her elders for the first time, made smooth headway from three furlongs out, led over a furlong out and then kept on well to beat a couple of in-form rivals. A 3 lb rise in the weights should not prevent a bold bid to follow up.
17:30 – Roll It In Glitter
Roll It In Glitter has plenty of stamina on the dam’s side of his pedigree and he appreciated the step up in trip when getting off the mark in a mile-and-a-quarter handicap at Beverley on his reappearance in April. He ran at least as well when third off a 3 lb higher mark back over that course and distance on his latest outing in May and, given his lightly raced profile, he retains the potential to do better.
