An interesting fillies novice event. MALKA found the penny dropping late for her at Goodwood last time but showed plenty of ability and appeals as the type to improve markedly with that experience now under her belt. Mistral Star is clearly well regarded and may yet do better now with a recent outing to her name, whilst Decoration is capable of significant progress at 3 yrs as well having shown ability on her sole juvenile outing.
17:10 Savrola
SAVROLA did well under the circumstances when making a winning seasonal/stable debut at Wolverhampton in May, overcoming a pace bias, and he could still have more to offer for James Ferguson. He is taken to see off the challenge of Dukeman, who ran well on his return and is respected making only his second start in a handicap.
17:45 Gallimimus
GALLIMIMUS lost his chance at the start last time but had looked highly progressive prior to that, so he makes most appeal on the assumption that he breaks a bit better this time. Graham is the main danger and Afloat is also a player.
